A genuinely gorgeous C19th French chair with fluted tapered legs which compliment the fluted spindle back; a carved crest rail which features a beautifully carved bow. Original soft grey paint which has weathered with age, this is well sprung, solid and comfortable. 

Upholstered in a wonderful, textural blue & white stripe with a blue braided finish which echoes the suble blue painted details on the frame - the upholstery is not new and this chair has a mark on the fabric as shown in the pictures; this may come out with professional cleaning or you may prefer to upholster in your own choice of fabric.
