C19th French painted stool for recovering

A very pretty antique French stool stripped and ready for reupholstery. Beautifully carved with curved legs and foliate detail on the bottom of each leg and a central stretcher the stool is stable and solid with no movement. The seat is the original horsehair and hessian with a webbed bottom all in good condition. The frame has been painted in a soft pale grey with white details whcih has then been slightly worn for a relaxed and romantic feel. c.1900.
