Large elegantly knackered antique gilt mirror

This large antique gilt mirror has obviously lived a tough life but because of that it's got character, romance and loads of drama! The scale is wonderful with real impact and the glass is original and in great condition. The frame has the original gilding with the basic oval ring in good condition but there is significant wear to the crest and swirling girandoles at the base. In the right place this would look stunning as it is, but it's also a restoration job well worth the effort!
