Antique French buffet

A truly beautiful C19th French oak buffet with gorgeous carved decorative details across the doors, apron, down the sides and on the feet. Later painted and given a rustic, worn finish, this offers extensive storage with two small drawers across the top and a large cupboard with a single fixed shelf. The cupboard and drawers are lined with a rich red fabric which we've left in place because it's just so French!

This would have originally been the bottom part of a buffet a deux corps and there's still the locating holes on the top for the upper part as well as a baton along the back which would be quite useful if you wanted to pop a leaner mirror there.
