Vintage oak roll top desk

A handsome vintage oak roll-top desk in excellent condition with a fabulous deep colour and warm glow. The top section features a row of pigeon holes above two drawers with pen-rests either side. The tambour runs smoothly to close and the base has a flight of graduated drawers on the right with a longer drawer on the left which features a beautifully carved escutcheon. Both sides and the back are panelled so this looks good from all sides! 

The desk can be dismantled for transportation and easy access and breaks down into the top section, the central drawer, the pedestal of drawers and the back & side panels which are then all secured together with screws.
