Vintage artist box & pallet

An utterly charming vintage artists paint box with original pallet which has the most beautful layers of old paint. Inlaid in the lid is the makers label for C Roberson who have been making artist materials since 1810 - our box probably dates from the thirties. The pallet secures in the bottom with latches; there is a stay-put hinge to keep the lid open and as a lovely little touch there are some old oil paints included for fun!
The artist brushes are available separately.
