Victorian silver plated candlesticks

A pretty pair of C19th silver plated candlesticks with a petal shaped base. These were originally telescopic, which means that you could make them higher but the mechanism no longer functions. The plating has worn away on the high points to show the original copper underneath, which actually serves to emphasize the pretty shape of the base!
