There isn't a tonne of age with this painting but we just think it's so charming! A terraced house that could be anywhere in Britain with the brick wall, climbing roses around the door and bay window - it just feels like a home that we've all visited a hundred times! The fading of the adjoining houses is nicely done and brings the focus in onto the subject.
