Mid century leather fireside elephant

These leather covered elephant figures have been increasing in popularity over the past few years; originally retailed in Liberty of London and similar high end stores, they come in a variety of sizes and this is one of the smallest. The leather has been scored and wrinkled to emulate the elephant's skin and the raised trunk is meant to symbolise good luck and energy!

This has it's original glass eyes and is in untouched condition - there are signs of gentle wear and age which we have shown in the pictures.
