Early 1900's French portrait

A beautifully painted portrait of a French gentleman on board with the original wooden frame c.1900. This probably would have been commissioned for an office or other business premises and he would have been one of the bosses - it's really nicely done and rather formal!
There is some historic woodworm which is no longer active in the bottom right hand corner which can't be seen from the front because it's within the dark part of his coat.
