Antique French decorative casting

A beautifully cast brass bouquet of flowers c.1890 which has been later painted. Thick brass, heavy and with the original casting number on the back, this does have a fixing point at the top but I'm not sure how practical it would be to mount now, so we're selling this as a purely decorative item.
