A selection of volumes from this famous collection of books, published between 1885 and 1902 focused on sports, games and outdoor pursuits which was conceived by Henry Somerset, the 8th Duke of Beaufort and named after Badminton House, his estate in Gloucestershire.

Each volume is edited and written by either the Duke or one of his aristocratic friends and is a wonderful look inside country life amongst the upper classes at the turn of the century.
