Vintage bin with original pale blue paint

This bin was made something special by whoever rather brilliantly painted it this beautiful pale blue many years ago. Now, weathered and chippy it would look fantastic planted up as a rustic garden feature.
There are some rust holes in the base as shown in the photos.
